I have been on an intense healing journey and in 2024 found my souls purpose.  Through this, I’ve delved deep into Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and energy healing with Reiki.  I discovered my body was trapping emotions which began to manifest physical symtoms.  Through lots of reading, exploration, attending healing circles, hypnosis and Reiki from other practitioners, I became hooked on healing and transitioned into a QHHT practitioner and Reiki Master.

Having personally navigated multiple experiences of grief and loss, including the loss of my father and my mother incarcerated due to mental illness, I understand the depth of emotional, mental, and physical pain.  Yet, I also discovered the transformational power of healing and growth.
